Mumbai: Renewable energy company Juniper Green Energy Limited has opened its much-awaited ₹1,800 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) for public subscription on July 30, 2026. The company aims to raise fresh capital to strengthen its financial position and support future growth in India's rapidly expanding renewable energy sector.
The company has fixed the price band between ₹214 and ₹225 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 per share. The IPO will remain open for investors until August 3, 2026, while the anchor investor bidding is scheduled for July 29, 2026.
Minimum Investment Details
Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot of 66 equity shares, with applications accepted in multiples of 66 shares thereafter. Employees applying under the Employee Reservation Portion will receive a discount of ₹21 per equity share, making the offer more attractive for eligible staff members.
Purpose of the IPO
The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue, meaning all the funds raised will go directly to the company. A significant portion of the proceeds will be used to repay or prepay existing borrowings, helping reduce debt and improve the company's balance sheet.
Additionally, part of the funds will be invested in its key subsidiary, Juniper Green Gamma One Private Limited, along with its subsidiaries, to support debt repayment and strengthen operational capabilities. The remaining proceeds will be allocated toward general corporate purposes, providing financial flexibility for future business expansion.
